VENUE
The conference will take place at the InterContinental Budapest, Apáczai Csere J. u. 12-14., Budapest, 1052, Hungary.

ACCOMMODATION
We booked a single or double use room for you at the InterContinental for the nights of April 27, 28, 29, and 30. American buffet breakfast is included in the room rate which IIE will cover. The usage of Spa InterContinental with fitness center, swimming pool, sauna and steam bath is also included in the rate.

Check-in time: 2 pm – Early check-in is subject to room availability.
Check-out: 12 noon on the day of departure. Arrangements can be made for baggage storage after 12 pm.

 Please note that you are responsible for covering the following expenses:

  • Incidentals (phone, laundry, room service, mini bar etc.)
  • Double use of the room (EUR 15 per room/night). Please notify us if you will need a double room.
  • Additional nights at the hotel (The hotel honors conference rates three days before and after the official dates, based on availability). Please notify us if you are arriving earlier/staying longer.
  • Late checkout till 6 pm (50% of daily room rate)
